Pandemic Flu Update

With the WHO’s declaration of a Pandemic and the move from Phase 5 to 6, it is imperative that companies ensure they have a Pandemic Contingency Plan.

In his broadcasts on BBC Radio, Glen Abbot’s Managing Director; David Hutcheson urged companies, especially SMEs to assess which of their activities are absolutely critical, how many staff are required to keep the critical activities operational and what essential supplies they may need. Together with the health guidelines and an identified Incident Management Team these requirements can be written into a Pandemic Contingency Plan.
